A high density white base coat for use underneath Glocote Fluorescent Paint. This paint provides a white base which helps to ensuire the best saturation possible for the Glocote paints and will allow the best fluorescent effect
Can be applied easily with a brush, roller or spray for easy application and dries overnight.
