Moving Heads or "Movers" can be found in most theatres, concert halls and venues alike giving the operator a vast amount of control over light positioning. These versatile fixtures offer both up and down tilt coupled with left and right pan that can then be rotated through 360°. Typically, moving heads can be operated by connecting either by wired DMX or by Wireless DMX to a control desk. There are three main types of moving head, Spot, Wash and Beam. Each providing it's own unique attributes such as, stunning patterns, breathtaking colours and spectacular beams of light.
Most moving heads have a gobo function allowing the operator to project still images and logos.
