The FC-W remote comes with a wireless transmitter remote fob and a wireless receiver. Plug the wireless receiver into the 5-pin port labeled 'Wireless Controller' on the fog machine, and set the dipswitch on the side of the receiver to your desired channel (1 to 4). This corresponds to the triggers on the wireless transmitter (1 to 4). Each receiver can only have one dipswitch set to ON. Remotely control up to four machines independently - or many more simultaneously on the same channel - using one transmitter, however each machine will need its own receiver.
Two LED indicators on the receiver display whether the machine is ready or heating. The fog machine will output fog for as long as you hold down the button, dependent on the capability of the fog machine.
