Terms and conditions of sale
The risk in the Equipment shall pass to the Customer immediately on delivery to the Customer at the address shown for delivery on the contract or if the Customer collects on collection.
Title of goods does not transfer until full payment is received.
Property and title of the Equipment shall remain vested in Stage Depot Limited and Stage Depot Limited reserve the right to dispose of the Equipment until such time as the price shall have been paid in full.
If any part of the payment is overdue or if the Customer is in breach of any of these terms or if the Customer or any third party shall take any steps or any act or proceeding in which in the reasonable view of Stage Depot Limited the Customer's solvency is in doubt Stage Depot Limited may (without prejudice to any of Stage Depot Limited's other rights) recover or resell the Equipment and may enter upon the Customer's or any third parties property for that purpose.
Contract of sale
No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this section.
To enter into a contract through our website to purchase products from us, you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout, select your payment method, select your billing address, select your delivery address, add your Purchase Order reference if applicable, select your preferred delivery method and confirm your order by either: a) making payment; you will be transferred to our payment service provider's website, and our payment service provider will take your payment; or b) choosing to place order, if you hold a credit account with us.
We will then send you an initial acknowledgement; and once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either dispatch your products (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
