All our Rosco gobos are produced using the latest etching technology, and are available for a wide range of lanterns in all standard gobo sizes.

The theatre community lost a titan of lighting design this past August when acclaimed designer Howell Binkley passed away at the age of 64. Shortly after he passed, memorial posts began appearing on social media talking about R77760 and how it was his favorite gobo. Several of Binkley’s designs featured this pattern, including Avenue Q, Come from Away and Hamilton. After discussions with Dennis Parichy, the original designer of the gobo, and Howell’s widow Joyce, Rosco re-named the gobo as a tribute to Howell’s career and the impact his work has had on the lighting design industry.
